Directions

How do I get to The Jeff on 10th without taking toll roads?

If coming from Louisville, Kentucky to our community in Jeffersonville, Indiana, you may avoid toll roads by taking the Clark Memorial Bridge (also known as the 2nd Street Bridge) to Indiana. This bridge does not have any tolls.

After crossing the river, follow the road until you see the 10th Street exit. From there, you will continue down 10th Street until you see the Kroger gas station - take a right at the light and you will arrive at The Jeff on 10th!

When can I lease an apartment?

We are currently accepting reservations, hard hat tours are planned to begin in August 2022, and move-ins are anticipated to start in November 2022.

Pet Policy

Do you allow pets?

Yes, we are happy to welcome you and your furry family members! We allow up to two pets per apartment home, and a pet profile must be completed.  We believe in healthy and responsible pet interactions for all residents and want to help create a community that welcomes everyone to a pet-responsible environment.  We are excited to offer petscreening.com for our community. Your furry family member will enjoy The Dapper Dog Pet Spa as one of your community amenities.

  • Initial Pet Fee = $200 - $400 per pet (non-refundable)
  • Monthly Pet Fee = $25 - $45 per pet (Maximum two pets per apartment home)
  • Pet Screening = $25 for initial profile, $15 for one additional profile; obtain your “FIDO Score” and submit all pet information in one location.
Initial Fees

What Initial Fees am I responsible for?

  • Application Fee = $50 per applicant (non-refundable)
  • Administrative Fee = $150 per apartment home (non-refundable).*Additional terms may apply to the Administrative Fee in accordance with the Reservation Agreement.
Utilities

Are utilities included in rent?

The resident is responsible for electric, water, sewer and valet trash service

Rental Criteria

Rental Criteria

All residents over the age of 18 must submit a rental application. Applicants will be screened for credit history, rental history, criminal background, and must provide proof of income that is equal to or greater than three times the monthly rent amount.
 

Renter’s Insurance

Is Renter’s Insurance required?

Yes, we have partnered with https://www.epremiuminsurance.com/ for your convenience in obtaining a policy.  ePremium offers pet, water, and pest coverage in addition to standard renter’s insurance coverage, for details visit their website.  You may also utilize your preferred provider.  Liability coverage of $100,000 is required.  Personal property is recommended of no less than $10,000.

Smoking Policy

Is smoking allowed?

The Jeff on 10th is a smoke-free community. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor area.
 

Wi-Fi Services

Do you provide Wi-Fi service?

Complimentary community Wi-Fi is provided throughout the amenity spaces. Phone/Internet/Cable services are available for your apartment home through Charter/Spectrum.  Residents pay applicable charges based on services chosen.
 

Elevators

Does your community have an elevator?

We have convenient elevator access located on either side of the building. We have thought of your move in day!  You will be able to reserve for specific use to ease the move.

Storage Units

Are storage units available?

Yes! Each storage unit is 4’W x 4’D x 3’-7”H. Quantity is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. The monthly rental fee is $35.
 

Parking

Do you have parking?

Each apartment home includes one parking space for FREE, and one additional space is available for a monthly rental fee of $25. Maximum number of spaces per home is two.
